ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITY
WATER CIRCULATORY SYSTEM
BELLINTURF implemented the water circulatory system (without wastewater drainage) in their factories, achieving a 50% reduction in water consumption and potentially saving up to 1,000,000 tons of water annually.
SOLAR PANELS
BELLINTURF has successfully installed over 10,000 solar panels on the roofs of the facilities, generating nearly 9,000,000 kWh of environmentally friendly energy each year. Importantly, this significant energy generation leads to a decrease of 5,132.7 tons of CO2 emissions, which is equivalent to the environmental benefit of planting more than 330,000 trees.
LED LIGHTS
BELLINTURF has effectively incorporated over 2,000 LED lights equipped with individual switches for production-focused management. This energy-efficient setup has resulted in a remarkable 50% reduction in electricity consumption, potentially saving 150,000 kWh annually. This decrease is roughly equivalent to reducing emissions by around 85.5 tons of CO2 per year.
SUSTAINABLE TRANSPORT
BELLINTURF has successfully transitioned to using electric forklifts, resulting in an annual fuel energy savings of 106500 liters. This has also led to a reduction of 365 tons of CO2 emissions, equivalent to planting over 20000 trees.
